Accessibility Statement
This website is built with the goal of conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That goal is an ongoing effort rather than a certification: we work toward it continuously and expect to keep improving as the site evolves, rather than claiming the work is ever finished.
What We Have Done
Accessibility Features on This Site
Pages are built with semantic HTML structure, so headings, lists, and landmarks describe the content in a way that assistive technology can navigate reliably. Interactive elements, including links and form fields, carry visible keyboard focus styles so that visitors navigating by keyboard alone can always see where they are on the page.
Text and background color combinations are chosen to meet contrast targets set out in WCAG 2.2 AA. Motion on the site, the gentle reveals and transitions you may notice while scrolling, is decorative rather than load-bearing, and is reduced or removed automatically for visitors whose systems are set to prefer reduced motion. Images used to convey meaning carry real, descriptive alternative text rather than generic labels, and purely decorative images are marked so assistive technology can skip them.
Layouts are responsive, adjusting to a range of screen sizes and zoom levels rather than relying on a single fixed width. Where video or audio content is added to the site in the future, it will be prepared with captions or a text alternative in mind.
Known Limitations
Where the Site May Fall Short
Some parts of this site rely on third-party tools that are outside our direct control. An embedded map showing the office location is provided by an external mapping service, and its interface may not be fully accessible in every respect. External documents, such as PDF forms linked from this site, are produced with accessibility in mind where possible, but some may not be fully compliant, particularly if they originate from a third party.
If you encounter one of these limitations, the fastest path is usually to email us directly and ask for the same information in another format: the address of the office in plain text rather than a map, or the content of a document read out or retyped.
